Termination Fees
2 FREE terminations per calendar year. Contract to Close termination fees are as follows:
$100 before DD
$200 after DD
$400 within 10 days of closing
Termination fees include the following: Altering attorney & lender via email, drafting and sending out termination paperwork to your client to sign. Sending signed paperwork to Co-Agent, sending fully executed paperwork to Attorney and Lender. Putting listing back on the market if applicable, uploading termination to brokerage and termination file.
