TC Hiring Agreement

  • The Agent agrees to remain actively involved in all transactions and maintain direct communication with their clients throughout the process. The Agent will also keep Carolina Coordinators/LaTosha Murphy informed of all updates or changes related to the file.
  • The Agent understands that Carolina Coordinators/LaTosha Murphy does not and will not negotiate any contract terms, including (but not limited to) appraisal discrepancies and repairs. Carolina Coordinators/LaTosha Murphy will also not order inspections other than General and Pest.
  • The Agent will use the New Contract Form to submit all new Contract-to-Close transactions and the Prelisting Form for all new listings. Both forms are available on my website, and links can be saved to your phone or browser for quick access.

Payment Terms

All prices are subject to change.

Prelisting Services: $250 for the first MLS. Additional MLS entries are $75 each. Payment is due once work is complete or when the listing goes active, whichever comes first.

Buyer Agency/Offers: Starting at $75. Payment is due once documents have been sent.

Contract-to-Close: $400. Payment is due no later than one (1) day after closing. An invoice will be provided. If noted in your Buyer Agency or Listing Agreement that the client is responsible for the fee, the cost will be added for the client to pay at closing (on the CD/ALTA).

Dual Agency: $550.

File Compliance: Starting at $100. Final price may vary depending on the requirements to bring the file into compliance after review.

Terminated Files: Each agent receives two (2) free terminations per calendar year. Thereafter:

Before Due Diligence: $100

After Due Diligence: $200

Within 10 days of closing: full Contract-to-Close fee of $400

Late payments are subject to a late fee.
